Responsibility

  • provide operational support and guidance to Claim Handlers and work to resolve queries
  • ensure data quality and record accurate information in accord with strict Company deadlines and consistent with the AXIS Data Policy
  • provide system and application support to include User Acceptance Testing and Market Acceptance Testing , as required
  • activity to be performed in compliance with Company policy, procedures and regulatory requirements
  • facilitate and support the management of offshored processes
  • promptly notify relevant parties of any perceived risks or failures to existing activity or control measures
  • support the oversight of third-party business partners and the monitoring of outsource contracts
  • develop detailed understanding and usage of internal and market systems
