  • (Experienced site manager required. Must have SMSTS / CSCS / Temporary works training
  • we are looking for 2 site managers with Mechanical, Electrical & Fabric experience
  • the site is a vacant building in Peterborough, you must live within a 20 mile commutable distance
  • reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will have a full understanding of CDM Regulations, be able to manage contractors on site, understand site drawings, prepare weekly reports, carry out safety inspections, deliver site inductions, maintain the site Health & Safety file, weekly meetings with contractors to discuss progress against plan
  • job Type: Temporary contract
  • contract length: 40 weeks
