Responsibility
- to plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum and exam board requirements
- to monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to students, parents, and senior leadership
- to identify and support students with special educational needs, providing differentiated learning opportunities where necessary
- to contribute to the development and implementation of the Art/Textiles curriculum
- to take an active role in extracurricular activities and events related to Art/Textiles
Requirements
- qualified Teacher Status
- A degree in Art/Textiles or related subject
- experience teaching KS4 GCSE Art, Textiles, and KS5 A Level Art, Photography, and Art UAL
- A passion for art and textiles education
- excellent subject knowledge and understanding of exam board requirements
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
