- bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- at least 8 years of experience in project management in the telecoms industry
- proven track record of delivering complex projects within budget, time, and quality constraints
- experience in managing pre-paid billing migrations or similar telecoms projects
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
- excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences
- experience in managing teams across multiple locations and time zones
Responsibility
- manage the project team, including developers, testers, and business analysts
- develop and maintain project plans and schedules, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- coordinate with stakeholders across multiple teams and locations, including internal teams, vendors, and partners
- monitor and report project progress, risks, and issues to the senior management team
- ensure that project documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with internal and external standards
- implement and manage project governance processes, including change control, risk management, and quality assurance
- ensure that project deliverables meet the requirements of the business and that the project is aligned with the company's strategic goals
- manage stakeholder expectations and communication, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle
