Responsibility

  • sourcing suitable sites and land for acquisition
  • liaising with landowners to negotiate land purchases/acquisitions
  • network with other land buyers and agents to maintain a strong pipeline of potential sites
  • complete high level site appraisals and development appraisals
  • procuring and chasing quotes for planning surveys and reports
  • overseeing planning application submissions, liaising with senior management and external planning consultants to maximise planning opportunities
  • deal management, chasing and co-ordinating with relevant stakeholder to complete land purchases
  • prepare and submit tenders and offers for new sites in the South West of England
