Requirements
- previous experience in the role
- working towards a HNC/HND/Degree qualification
- full UK driving licence
- CSCS card or working towards one
- working towards MCIOB or MRICS
- the ability to work independently, but also as part of a team
- experience within a similar role/specialist field
- construction knowledge
Responsibility
- assist/lead in the day-to-day commercial management of multiple projects
- work as part of the commercial team on estimating and surveying tasks
- attend progress and design meetings as necessary
- carry out measures on site and on drawings using traditional and modern methods
- assist in creating sub-contract and purchase orders
- ensuring Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality guidelines are maintained and/or exceeded
- liaise with and maintain excellent relationships with our customers and supply chain
- review tenders, enquiries and quotations
