Responsibility
- we are looking for a new Service/Helpdesk Coordinator to join a friendly and professional electrical, fire and security company
- this role is a very important for day to day activities and is a key role in the management of servicing contracts and reactive calls from our clients
- you will be part of a team of people that manage the Helpdesk and be a customer facing employee to assist in day to day activities
- working with our Service Department and Installation Depatment on a daily basis
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- good level of written communication
- good IT knowledge and must be able to type at a professional speed and standard
- you will need to have telephony experience and have good telephony skills-as the role will be client facing
- proactive attitude to day to day duties
- must be a team player and be able to resolve problems with a ‘cool head’
- office environment: 3 years
- must be willing to adapt to new processes and systems
- must be able to pass a full security vetting process
