Responsibility

  • award Energy work with a full range of clients with national and large regional housebuilders among our large client base
  • award Energy are looking to recruit a Level 4 Non-Domestic Energy Assessor to work with our clients delivering all aspects of Building Regulations Part L2 Compliance, associated Planning Reports and Part O TM59 Overheating Assessments
  • the ideal candidate will be IT and Maths literate, a logical thinker and familiar with using Google Workspace products, along with being friendly and comfortable with client contact
  • the successful applicant will have a thorough knowledge of SBEM assessment methodology, along with a strong understanding of Part L and Part O requirements
  • having been in the residential Part L compliance market from the beginning, this is a rare opportunity to be a key part of Award Energy's expansion within an exciting and growing industry
