Requirements

  • ability to read, interpret and interrogate engineering drawings, including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing essential
  • knowledge of CMM, Keyence and Measuring Equipment
  • can measure parts using manual measuring equipment
  • IT skills and be able to use computer
  • able to carry out investigations and write reports
  • conduct Patrol Inspection of random stages to ensure compliance to drawing and process
  • auditing Experience
  • dimensional and visual inspection of piece parts, partially and completed assemblies to drawing requirements

Responsibility

  • provide monthly performance reports
  • working and supporting the CMM inspector as and when required. Raising non-conformances and following the closure of the non-conformances in a timely manner and carrying out verification to ensure non-conformances actions have been implemented
