Responsibility
- AVT Services are now recruiting for an estimator
- you will consider all pertinent information about each project and decide what is needed to meet the client’s needs
- you will bid for work alongside competitors, considering quality as well as costs
- the suitable candidates will be responsible for supporting and assisting the senior estimator in calculating the costs of labour and materials that are required for the national installation of infrastructure for mobile telecoms network projects
- as a company AVT Services are proud to have a high standard of quality and success for first time completion rates and are recognised by clients of having the attitude of succeeding and overcoming difficulties with a can-do attitude
- you will be responsible for drawing up assessments of how much it will cost to provide clients, or potential clients, with services
Requirements
- HNC / HND / degre
- highly proficient in numeracy
- able to work to deadlines and under pressure
- ability to be detail-oriented in order to successfully review information and complete projects
- good verbal and oral communication and interpersonal skills, enabling excellent customer service skills
- knowledge of building and construction, and mobile telecoms infrastructure
- well developed self management and organisational skills
