Requirements
- NVQ 2 or higher in health and social care or equivalent qualification in challenging behaviours/complex needs, willing to achieve NVQ 3
- experience of working with individuals with challenging behaviour/complex needs
- experience working within a multi-disciplinary team
- some knowledge of and expertise of implementing PBS
- able to work shift patterns inclusive of sleep and wake nights
- able to identify, innovate and implement new ideas that support service users
- good interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with other team members
- understanding of data protection and client confidentiality
