Responsibility

  • to take overall responsibility for the day-to-day production supervision and planning of the Door & Lining workshop
  • creating and maintaining the production plan to meet customer demand
  • developing / maintaining client and supplier relationships
  • oversea inventory checks and stock control with implementation of perpetual inventory process and schedule
  • making sure that all safety regulations and other company policies are followed
  • documenting procedures
  • co-ordinate with production team to ensure production plan is achieved
  • monitoring overall productivity and implementing new strategies for increasing
