Responsibility

  • compiling monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts
  • providing clear prompt financial management information to the senior management team and trust board
  • issuing invoices for all sales made by the charity
  • recording and maintaining a reference system for invoices so that transactions can be easily tracked
  • receiving customer payments
  • reconciling invoice records with outstanding and aged debt
  • verifying the validity of account discrepancies
  • managing the companies’ sales, purchase, and nominal ledgers
