Responsibility
- directly reporting into the Head of Paid Media
- develop and implement effective paid media strategies across various platforms
- managing Paid Media campaigns globally
- work closely with the content team to ensure the advertising suite is relevant and engaging
- monitoring global campaign performance, analyse data, and provide insights and recommendations to optimise campaigns
- lead on client meetings where required
- work alongside the wider marketing department to align on overall marketing strategy, specifically working closely with the Head of Marketing and our Paid Strategist
- ensuring maximum efficiencies across all paid social and paid search channels, including Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Google and other channels when required
Requirements
- proven experience in paid media, ideally from an agency side background
- proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manger - other platforms are a bonus; LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat etc
- active, hands on experience activating, planning and optimising Paid Social and Paid Search campaigns
- analytical thinking, mathematical skills, and attention to detail
- willingness to learn and keep up to date with developments
- data driven
- strong copywriting skills
- experience in advertising on a global scale
