contact clients for any missing information required
answer incoming calls and take messages for the accounts team
manage client chaser for information for VAT periods

answer clients’ general enquiries about how to use Xero software

Requirements
AAT Level 2 or time-served experience
experience in a previous administrative role
up to a maximum of 30 days holiday per annum
experience of Kashflow and Xero would be beneficial
£100,000 death in service benefit, paid to a nominee of your choice
organization skills to effectively prioritise workload and handle multiple demands from clients
enhanced family leave – including maternity, paternity, and adoption - and you’ll be eligible after just six months’ employment
