  • experience within the telecom’s world would be a benefit
  • experience of managing multiple teams with varying needs
  • A hands-on approach is required with a “can-do” attitude and a willingness to take on significant challenges
  • strong people management skills including managing, motivating, mentoring and developing teams with varying experience across different functions
  • excellent communication skills both verbal and written across all levels of the business
  • experience as a Customer Service or Operational Manager, ideally from a manufacturing or distribution background, with a proven track of success who embraces and is motivated by changes

Responsibility

  • any customer complaints received must be actioned accordingly and recorded with corrective actions implemented where necessary
  • ensure that customer queries, quotes, orders, deliveries, invoices are processed within the expected timeframe via phone, email and in person visits
  • monitor tickets for both the technical support and customer service teams to ensure that customers are being contacted within the SLA, and that the appropriate action is taken if product needs to be replaced or returned
  • monitor sales trends and correlating performance against monthly sales targets. Report back any low traders to the sales team
  • manage the order book so that orders are not late and there is sufficient stock
  • manage the relationship with external suppliers, which includes our delivery partner
  • assist and cover in the warehouse as necessary, this includes daily picking, receiving inbound deliveries, dispatching to our delivery partner, and raising customs paperwork
  • maintain stock control to ensure smooth audits within the warehouse
