Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • together with the team, maintains the quality and availability of the simulator in line with CAA UK and EASA standards
  • liaises with the customer before and after training sessions and ensures logs are completed
  • runs QTG tests according to the declared schedules
  • first point of customer contact. Maintains the proper look and feel of the building
  • repairs faults or liaises with Service Management to start follow-up service for the replacement of faulty components. Reacts quickly and decisively to restore failed equipment to minimize downtime and lost training
  • responsible for maintaining the on-site spare part stock and aligning with Service Management and Engineering for updates on spare part stock and system upgrades or improvements

Requirements

  • background in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • hands-on experience in a similar role
  • knowledge of aircraft, specifically the Airbus A320 Family
  • previous experience in flight training
