Requirements
- minimum of 6 months recent experience working with people diagnosed with mental health needs and/or complex needs and/or learning didsabilities
- A care certificate/skills for care qualification and/or record of your previous training
- A minimum of NVQ level 2 or equivalent is desirable but not compulsory
- ability to write clear and accurate reports in English
- experience of conflict management
- experience of working with people displaying behaviours that may challenge
- ability to escalate issues and concerns promptly
- skills including being observant, encouraging, proactive, collaborative efforts towards recovery, being non-judgmental, non-confrontational
