Responsibility

  • we are looking for an Office Administrator to join our busy team
  • duties will include
  • using bodyshop management system to process estimates, sales and purchase invoices
  • processing other sales and purchase invoices through Sage
  • answering the telephone and directing calls accordingly
  • booking in vehicles
  • A family owned commercial vehicle bodyshop based in Leighton Buzzard with a modern purpose built site for truck, coach, car & van repairs
  • liaising with insurance companies and customers to process repairs

Education

  • A-Level or equivalent
