- we are looking for a Team Leader to join the team in our busy 44 bedded care home. Four bedroom townhouse in Tavistock available for accommodation. Driving license essential due to location and limited public transport
- we are committed to delivering person-centered care through the development of individualized care plans, to ensure the physical, emotional and social needs of our residents are met, and that they receive care that promotes choice, dignity and respect
- you must be calm, flexible and able to adapt to changing situations and priorities
- ideally trained to NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willing to work towards this
