Responsibility

  • you would have worked in a similar business for at least 5 years and have a growing passion for IT
  • delivery of high-quality remote & on-site support on a range of technical issues and problems
  • delivery of high quality remote & on-site support on a range of technical issues and problems
  • responding appropriately to, and effectively resolving, client issues, queries or incidents
  • utilise a variety of platforms to respond, handle, and escalate issues
  • you will have a ‘hands on’ problem solving approach; solving problems within strict SLA time frames
  • avecSys are looking for talented individuals with an extensive technical background who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy problem-solving
  • taking ownership of incidents assigned to you and managing them through to resolution

Education

  • A-Level or equivalent
  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • recent experience providing IT Support in a commercial environment
  • IT certifications such as MCP, CCNA CompTIA would be an advantage
