- coordination of pre and after-sales Technical support via email and over the phone

- manage the level of technical call-backs coming into the business to ensure they’re called back with the relevant SLA

Requirements
- level 2&3 Electrical Qualification
- BEPEC Solar PV Level 3
- minimum 3 years of experience in PV/Renewable Energy sector
- knowledge of local electric grid regulations and PV system installation
- strong organization and planning skills
- negotiation and customer orientated
- teamwork, communication and intercultural skills
- resilience and excellent problem-solving skills
