- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- undertaking regular service visits to customer sites across the world. Generate report for the visit
- resolving electrical, mechanical and software issues
- liaising with customers and provide support to operators
- fault-finding and on-site system diagnostics
- in-time, be part of the on-call rota for the 24 hour breakdown calls
- be available to undertake reactive jobs that occur at any site
Requirements
- electrical and mechanical knowledge in industrial machinery
- knowledge of troubleshooting PLCs
- ability to build relationships with customers to generate confidence and a good rapport
- clear communication skills at all levels, especially verbal
- strong organisational and time-management skills
- attention to detail - accurate and methodical in work
- highly motivated individual
