Responsibility
- support the Operations Manager, Warehouse and Customer Service Teams
- ensure that all merchandise is live on the site and functional at all times
- update incoming stock and/or pricing as required
- track and identify products that require additional listing cross-platform
- ensure the correct classifications of product, ensuring all new styles are categorised correctly for the sales platforms
- ensure product prices are correct on the live site at all times
- work with the Ecommerce Trading Team Leader on identifying enhancements and issues
- ensure product imagery, descriptions and stock are current and ensure products are posted live on the sales platforms as soon as available in the warehouse
Requirements
- self-motivated Team player with willingness to support the wider team
- strong numerical and analytical skills with a commercial drive
- strong communication and organisational skills essential
- technical experience with ecommerce platforms
- excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks based on Business needs/directives
- flexible and responsive to change
- possess a forward-thinking working ethic in order to drive the business forward
- work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines and support the business objectives
