Responsibility

• support the Operations Manager, Warehouse and Customer Service Teams
• ensure that all merchandise is live on the site and functional at all times
• update incoming stock and/or pricing as required

• track and identify products that require additional listing cross-platform
• ensure the correct classifications of product, ensuring all new styles are categorised correctly for the sales platforms
• ensure product prices are correct on the live site at all times
• work with the Ecommerce Trading Team Leader on identifying enhancements and issues
• ensure product imagery, descriptions and stock are current and ensure products are posted live on the sales platforms as soon as available in the warehouse
• stock Availability – assist with planning and maintaining a sufficient stock holding
• ensure that all back-end office work is completed as required
• provide input to weekly product sales reports and think of tactics to improve sales as required
