- contact newly identified homeowners to introduce our products and services
- engage in consultative conversations to understand the needs and preferences of potential customers
- set appointments for further discussions and product demonstrations
- build and maintain a pipeline of leads, keeping accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system
- continuously develop product knowledge to effectively present and demonstrate our homeowner portal to potential customers
- conduct comprehensive homeowner portal demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits that align with the needs of each customer
- collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- proven experience or a strong interest in sales or customer service roles
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with potential customers
- self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think creatively to overcome challenges
- proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress
- knowledge of the homeowner industry and understanding of the needs and concerns of new homeowners is a plus
- A positive attitude, resilience, and the willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic sales environment
