Responsibility

  • standing up new VMs in Azure and configuring associated infrastructure components
  • managing SSO authorization, backups, monitoring, and recovery of Azure resources
  • in-depth knowledge of VNET and Subnet configuration, peering, and network security in Azure
  • linux/system administration, including VM image creation, disk management, software installation, and updates
  • managing mySQL databases, Apache web server, and TLS certificate management
  • familiarity with Private NetNorth Cloud, including VMWare vSphere, system monitoring, backups, and firewall management
  • strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in Azure and Linux/system environments
