- consolidation of Group monthly management accounts and reporting, and development of standardised internal reporting framework
- standardisation and consolidation of Group budgeting and forecasting process
- support in preparation of Group Annual Report & Accounts, prepared under IFRS
- management of annual audit process
- management of preparation and audit of subsidiary accounts
- support with due diligence on potential future acquisitions
- support with integration of existing and potential future acquisitions, including financial systems
- adherence to and improvement of standardised financial and linked operational processes & controls across the Group
