Responsibility

  • answering telephone, raising sales and purchase orders using Sage Accounts 50
  • monitoring order status, providing updates to customers, liaising with suppliers in relation to goods due in, updating data sheets, monitoring emails, sending quotations, working with the Managing Director to maintain product database and internal documentation and assisting with other general sales administrative duties as required
  • please note that we offer a salary range based on experience that you have, this will be explained further at the interview stage. But in summary, the more experience you have the higher the salary that will be offered
