- optimize system performance by identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and other technical issues
- foster effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including project managers, quality assurance engineers, and product owners, through proactive communication and active participation in project planning and execution
Education

Requirements
- demonstratable SQL knowledge
- proficiency in popular Java frameworks and libraries such as Spring, Hibernate, and JUnit
- strong problem-solving and debugging skills to identify and resolve complex issues
- knowledge of design patterns and architectural principles for scalable and maintainable software design
- commitment to continuous learning, staying updated with the latest Java releases, industry trends, and best practices
- 5+ years experience with Java / Groovy / Similar OO language
