Requirements

- excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
- proficiency in numeracy and literacy
- strong computer literacy, with the ability to quickly learn our specific system
- the ability to work under pressure, a drive for self-development, and effective organization of workload to achieve goals
- empathy towards our customers and a positive, can-do attitude
- A willingness to collaborate as part of a friendly and diverse team
- previous experience in a fast-paced pharmacy or customer service role would be advantageous, preferably within the healthcare sector. However, candidates with all levels of experience are encouraged to apply as full training can be provided
