Responsibility

  • A Technical Manager is required by a long established and respected Engineering and Manufacturing Company
  • maintain company manufacturing standards including ASME manual
  • issue and manage pressure vessel quality plans
  • oversee physical inspections and control the record for Incoming pressure vessel materials and certification
  • perform physical inspections on all pressure vessel components in line with quality plan inspection hold points
  • liaison with and selection of 3rd party witness/ Inspection, identify all testing requirements
  • preparation of quality plans for welding procedure qualification activities
  • management of all relevant records , codes and procedures relating to the companies compliance and conformity to ASME , PD5500, Machinery Directive , Puwer, CE/CA
