Responsibility
- you will have experience in using RMM, PSA and SIEM tools to monitor, support and respond to network events and incidents
- you will be responsible for network service and project delivery using your communication skills to document and share progress toward your goals. You will recognise the value of good planning and be able to adapt as circumstances change
- you will be familiar with Wireshark, SYSLOG, SNMP, Scripting and recognise the purpose and value of these and similar tools within your role
