Working hours

Responsibility

  • office / Accounts Administrator
  • manage accounts payable process, including reviewing and processing invoices, reconciling statements, and ensuring timely payments
  • maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • assist with budgeting and financial reporting
  • coordinate with vendors and suppliers to resolve any billing or payment issues
  • collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
  • provide administrative support, such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies

Requirements

  • proven experience in accounts payable or related financial roles
  • strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite
  • excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
