- transport & planning Administrator - Based at Castlethorpe near Milton Keynes area
- transport orientated Administrator with knowledge of Transport operations and data systems, Tachograph hours and preparing driver hours ready for payroll
- dealing with HGV drivers and customers, ensuring that the rest of the transport team is aware of the decisions made
- A car driver would be preferred, although this is not requisite
- however, public transport to the area may not coincide with office hours
- the heart of the business relies heavily on compliance, communication, facts and figures, so candidates must be willing to learn and expand on their current experience
- thinking on our feet and finding logical solutions is part of the day to day operations, we work as a team and support each other. You will receive training and ongoing input from the team
- as a car owner, the role can involve going to the transport yard in MK to check HGV vehicles for paperwork etc
