  • agreeing short term plans and annual budget with growth plans for the coming year
  • working with the Business Development Officer on the improvement and growth of current service delivery
  • working with the Heads of Departments across the charity to manage the daily operations of the various departments, including
  • community Hub , and the services delivered from them
  • national Help Hub and remote / online services
  • in Work Support and Independent Living Skills services
  • employment Programmes and Training services
