Responsibility
- experience of cleaning in a laboratory environment is advantageous but not essential
- references from previous cleaning roles will be required
- commercial cleaning to include floors, surfaces, glass, welfare cleaning and daily kitchen cleaning and washing up
- laboratory glassware washing and equipment cleaning

- understanding and correct use of Personal Protective Equipment
- following our recent move to a new larger premises in Islip, we have an exciting opportunity for a cleaner to join our team
- using and handling electrical equipment
Requirements
- experienced of cleaning to a very high standard with available references. Working in a laboratory setting would be advantageous
- have a methodical approach to work and strong attention to detail with a good work ethic
- have a high degree of manual dexterity and efficiency
- have good communication skills
- the ability to follow rules and procedural instructions
- the ability to follow written and verbal instructions efficiently
- have a flexible and adaptable approach to work
- reliable with excellent timekeeping
