Requirements

  • previous experience in the serviced apartment industry or previous experience in the lettings environment within the City of London area
  • strong knowledge of the rental market in London
  • strong knowledge of Microsoft programmes
  • excellent organisation and planning skills
  • second Language will be desirable
  • excellent selling capabilities and the ability to coach techniques
