Could you please furnish us with details of where you are currently working with Aurum Care Ltd as you employer or agency? I would implore you to desist from spreading lies. If you can't give details of employment.
I was first and foremost really impressed with the training provided before I started my work at aurum.
I was provided specialist training in modules that helped me in my work in the residential care home.
Once the shift started I was given further training by a colleague whilst shadowing them doing tasks that I had not felt comfortable doing before.
The app to book shifts is really simple to use and is updated regularity.
Aurum have been a pleasure to work with.

I would like to raise a serious(deleted by the administrator) regarding a company operating under the name Aurum Care Ltd. This entity has been luring innocent individuals with deceptive advertisements, preying particularly on vulnerable migrants seeking employment sponsorship or job switches.
Their modus operandi involves asking applicants to pay a hefty fee of £99.99, claiming it is for training. After collecting this amount, they issue a certificate of completion to participants. However, there is no guarantee or promise of actual job placements, leaving many applicants disappointed and financially strained.
It is alarming to note that individuals have traveled great distances in hopes of securing meaningful employment, only to fall victim to this scam. Many have worked hard for their money, trusting in the false promises of Aurum Care Ltd, only to find themselves empty-handed and (deleted by the administrator).
We urge authorities to take immediate action to shut down all advertisements related to Aurum Care Ltd. By doing so, you can help protect innocent individuals and prevent your office from being perceived as complicit in this fraudulent scheme.
Please remain vigilant and spread the word to safeguard others from the risks associated with this dubious operation.
Provide us with the name of the company where you claim Aurumcare job placement has secured for you. We are out to verify claims. I will be more than happy to prove my hypothesis wrong.
Disappointing Experience – No Follow-Up After Payment
I am very disappointed with my experience with Aurum Care. I was charged £99 for training, with the promise of employment opportunities and further communication. However, after making the payment, I have not received any updates or calls from them.
I have tried reaching out multiple times, but there has been no response or clarity about the next steps. This lack of professionalism and communication is unacceptable, especially when people are investing time and money trusting their promises.
I urge others to be cautious and thoroughly verify before engaging with this company.

Aurum has helped in my career as a HCA I am very happy with them. The app they used for shift booking is very easy to use and placement has been amazing ever since I entered the UK.
I am getting 20 hour per week as student in care home. Training was provided to me and i am really happy with the certificates and training. after i completed training reference check and dbs check was completed and shift has been running for 6 months now.
Aurum is really good care work has been regular in london i am happy overall recommended
