- taking Inbound calls from potential new customers and having a key understanding of the products we have to offer
- receiving and making outbound calls to potential new customers every day
- ensuring all information is correct and repeated back to the customer for clarification
- recognising GDPR breaches and ensuring all fundraisers have carried out the appointment correctly
- representing Aurora and our clients to either promote their available services and raise awareness of our charity clients’ causes
- data Entry and full knowledge of scripts
- having a positive professional attitude towards all customers and colleagues
- representing Aurora and our clients to either promote their available services across the utilities & telco sectors or raise awareness of our charity clients’ causes
