Responsibility
- dealing with account queries and liaising with the Invoice Query team until resolved
- contacting debtors by phone and email, ensuring companies debtor balances are paid to terms
- sending invoices/credit notes/statements to customers as and when requested
- answering incoming credit control calls and dealing with them accordingly
- ensuring all emails in the credit control inbox are flagged and actioned within 24hrs of receipt
- maintaining accurate customer records and diary notes
- dealing with daily on stop orders, contacting the customer, and adding notes/ release orders
- ensuring all unallocated cash has been allocated by month end
Requirements
- outward Associate and Professional Qualifications preferable
- analytical skills and attention to detail
- excellent fiery skills essential
- excellent customer service paired with building and maintaining customer relationships
- excellent fault finding, and electrical skills required
- ability to work well within a team
- manufacturer training on PPD devices preferable
- persistence and determination
