- ensure the smooth running of the buildings during night hours, including monitoring security systems and conducting regular patrols
- greet tenants and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing assistance and answering inquiries
- address tenant concerns and emergencies promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, and visitor logs
- monitor and operate security equipment, including CCTV systems, access control systems, and alarms
- collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure a seamless transition of duties and efficient communication
- as a Night Concierge/Security, you will play a vital role in managing the night-time operations of our buildings, attending to tenants' needs, and maintaining a safe and welcoming atmosphere
Requirements
- either a Sia door supervisors license or a Sia security guard license
