aurora Home Care Ltd are currently recruiting for a Care Coordinator to join our team within our Northumberland Branch
you will have experience working within a Home Care setting and have a positive, solution-based attitude towards work
experience using Home Care Rostering Systems would be beneficial . However, training will be provided
as a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the company’s care provision within a set geographical location and the rostering of a specific team
you will also have line management responsibility for a team of Care Assistants, ensuring that all regulatory requirements concerning supervision and training are met
as one of the Care Coordinators within our Northumberland Branch, you will be someone who can work within a fast-paced role, engage with multiple stakeholders, and build excellent interpersonal relationships
we require our Care Coordinators to have an excellent eye for detail and be highly organised and competent with various IT Packages that would be of benefit
ensure Service Users are at the heart of the care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing
