Responsibility

  • aurora Home Care Ltd are currently recruiting for a Care Coordinator to join our team within our Northumberland Branch
  • you will have experience working within a Home Care setting and have a positive, solution-based attitude towards work
  • experience using Home Care Rostering Systems would be beneficial . However, training will be provided
  • as a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the company’s care provision within a set geographical location and the rostering of a specific team
  • you will also have line management responsibility for a team of Care Assistants, ensuring that all regulatory requirements concerning supervision and training are met
  • as one of the Care Coordinators within our Northumberland Branch, you will be someone who can work within a fast-paced role, engage with multiple stakeholders, and build excellent interpersonal relationships
  • we require our Care Coordinators to have an excellent eye for detail and be highly organised and competent with various IT Packages that would be of benefit
  • ensure Service Users are at the heart of the care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing
