  • develop and deliver appropriate therapeutic group interventions
  • with high-quality teaching, an excellent level of individual support and a range of expert-led, integrated therapy, we support students with a range of additional learning needs to create and meet their own goals
  • provide tailored individual interventions to young people when required
  • supervise Assistant Psychologists as service need requires
  • to provide direct support for non-clinical staff so they can respond to young peoples communication and behaviour in ways that reduce reliance on staff or other adults
