Responsibility
- assist with the physical dispatch of our retail and wholesale orders and courier/post collections
- full Time - 37.5 hours a week , Saturday availability is required 1-2 days a month, with a weekday in lieu
- assist with dispatch admin and online order preparation

- front of house retail sales and customer service
- AURA QUE is an ethical fashion accessories brand working with fair trade producers in Nepal
- track stocks of office and warehouse supplies and place orders when necessary
- assist warehouse staff with goods in and supplier shipments
- liaise with sales staff to resolve customer service issues, basic customer service
- our opening hours are 9.30am-5pm, Monday to Friday and 11-4 Saturdays
- manage inbound returns and assist with return process admin
- manage inbox and other general correspondence
- social media and marketing tasks; creating content for social media and newsletters; compiling wholesale catalogues
- support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- we are looking for an office and retail administrator to contribute to the daily running of our office, warehouse and shop in the centre of Hastings
- work with management, systems and sales staff to continuously improve efficiency, customer and staff experience
- this is a key role, whereby the successful candidate will create consistency in the day-to-day running of the business, becoming the centre point between themselves and the rest of the part time/remote workforce
- work with management to continuously reduce environmental impact of AURA QUE activities
- other duties as assigned
Requirements
- exceptional customer-service skills and effective communication both verbal and written
- a warm and positive attitude; ability to work well with other team members
- strong organisational and time management skills; confidence to take the initiative

- experience in marketing/social media content creation, use of Klaviyo
- previous retail experience
