Responsibility
- plan and organize the menu to cope with competitions
- ensure food preparation is completed in a timely manner
- coordinate with front staff and management for everything and to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
- must have 4 years of expereince working on Clay oven and prepaying asian curries
- maintain excellent customer service by ensuring customers’ needs are top priority
- giving advice on further recruitments and appraisals. Ensuring the relevant hygiene, health, and safety standards are maintained
- ensuring the daily compliance checks are completed for temperatures and cleaning. Making sure to liaise with the management at all times
- making sure to display the allergy disclosures on the menu. Assigning roles to staff to enable the smooth running of the kitchen
Requirements
- minimum 4 years of experience in a high-volume, takeaway or similar food establishement. Experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
- asian Curries: 4 years
- clay Oven: 4 years
