Responsibility
- we are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team
- manage customer accounts and orders
- provide customer service support
- process sales orders and invoices
- maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- provide sales support over the phone to customers
- the successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, including managing customer accounts, processing orders, and ensuring all customer inquiries are handled in a timely manner
- deal with customer returns from start to finish
Requirements
- friendley, flexible and hard working
- great at multitasking as you will be required to carry out various diferent tasks at any one time
- great telephone manner and written communication skills
- able to work as a team and help other colleagues when required
- sage Line 50 or previous experiance of using another CRM system
- experience in a customer service or sales admin position would be beneficial however this is not essential as full training will be provided
