Responsibility
we are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team
manage customer accounts and orders
provide customer service support
process sales orders and invoices
maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
provide sales support over the phone to customers
the successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, including managing customer accounts, processing orders, and ensuring all customer inquiries are handled in a timely manner
deal with customer returns from start to finish
Requirements
friendley, flexible and hard working
great at multitasking as you will be required to carry out various diferent tasks at any one time
great telephone manner and written communication skills
able to work as a team and help other colleagues when required
sage Line 50 or previous experiance of using another CRM system
experience in a customer service or sales admin position would be beneficial however this is not essential as full training will be provided
