Responsibility

  • this team is responsible for providing a high standard of inbound telephone support and associated administrative tasks within the Call Centre
  • delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers within a critical timeframe

  • interest in the automotive industry - as part of this role, you will need to learn ATS Euromaster’s suite of products and services, so having an interest in the automotive world would be advantageous

  • attention to detail and communication skills – we have 250 centers spread across the UK, so you’ll need to have strong attention to detail to ensure customers are booked into the correct location

  • reconciliation of large EDI accounts on a monthly basis
  • identifying queries on invoices and orders/returns outstanding
