Responsibility
- delivering the core fast fit products and services, including fitment of car and van tyre, wheel alignments and battery fitment
- competent delivery of all our core fast fit products and services
- completing digital vehicle health checks on a customer vehicles
- technical expertise in delivery of vehicle servicing and diagnostics
- demonstrating knowledge of our products and values and confidently dealing with customer enquiries
- demonstrating knowledge of our products and values, confidently providing complex guidance and delivering outstanding customer service
- following our Life Saving Rules, ensuring Health & Safety in everything that we do
Requirements
- experience of working in a similar Tyre Fitter/Vehicle Technician role
- demonstrable technical experience in a similar role
- qualification of IMI level 1 is desirable
- experience in delivering all fast fit products and services including Servicing and Diagnostics
- experience in Car & Van Tyre Fitting and delivery of other fast fit products
- qualification of IMI level 3 is desirable
- full driving licence
- full driver’s licence
