Responsibility

  • this is a pivotal role within the Company liaising with customers and Scheduling Maintenance visits for our Engineers
  • dealing with the reports back from the Engineers and ordering parts as necessary
  • raising Invoices to be processed by our Accounts
  • knowledge of CLIK software would be advantageous
  • assisting the Director with method statements and Risk Assessments
  • good telephone manor, Able to work in a small team and occasionally alone
