Responsibility

  • work and advise customers on the applicability of Teamcenter PLM to customer's business problems
  • provide sales and presales support by providing presentations, demonstrations and high-level scoping of solutions for prospective customer
  • support in-flight project delivery by being an integral part of project delivery teams
  • be the principal high level functional authority on Teamcenter PLM for project and presales activity
  • lead as well as support the development of Requirements Specifications, Use Cases, and Functional Specifications
  • run workshops, develop solutions and build consensus across all collaborators to ensure timely and successful delivery of Teamcenter PLM technology that is aligned to business value
  • for each customer, develop a conceptual solution architecture using a combination of standard and custom applications to produce an end-to-end customer solution
  • produce Functional Designs via hands-on demonstration and piloting of designs

Requirements

  • hands on Knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter UA including Active Workspace technology
  • familiar with UML technology and use of a standard modeling tool
  • experience of working in a secure environment
  • good knowledge and practical experience of the Systems Engineering lifecycle and delivery including testing
  • BS degree in Mechanical and/or Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, Technology or equivalent knowledge of PLM. Several years working as an Architect for Teamcenter solutions
  • architectural approach with validated solution architecture track record in PLM Teamcenter/NX with experience in Teamcenter and Active Workspace Upgrades
  • experience or practical knowledge of formal Technical and Enterprise Architecture methodologies/frameworks
  • experienced in CAD technology , integrated in a PLM environment. Experienced in product design processes
