Responsibility
- implementation Consultant
- all other related duties as assigned
- identify new opportunities for Product improvements, feeding these into the product roadmap
Education
- consultancy and / or Business Analysis qualifications are desirable
Requirements
- minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in a Consultant, Business Analyst, or equivalent customer facing role
- knowledge of database software/technologies to enable solution integration, for example SQL Server
- knowledge of the Software Implementation Lifecycle
- delivery of high levels of customer experience
- proven ability to deliver multiple projects at one time while achieving high customer satisfaction
- comprehensive analytical skills and the ability to formulate client-specific solutions
- experience of having worked in a consultative manner with customers to determine and understand their needs and goals to provide tailored guidance in successful adoption of the platform
- experience of working in a fast-paced role or environment
